The house features 2 large balconies both with lake views and 2 spacious double bedrooms. A large living room with comfortable sofas and dining for 4 guests.
Alternatively you can dine alfresco on the wide balcony. The fully fitted kitchen includes all mod cons with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher whilst a washing machine is available downstairs in the 2nd bathroom.
The property includes 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and another with a bath.
Downstairs leads to a double garage with secure parking for 2 cars.

Villa Carlotta-acres of gardens is less than 5 minutes drive as is the ferry in Tremezzo or Lenno to access the lake including Bellagio.
Cable car Argegno-Pigra. Isola Comacina-dining as featured in the times and holiday 2006. Como City-Alessandro Volta musuem. Milan. Switzerland-30 minds drive plus San Moritiz day trips 2 hours.
Armani shopping outlet. Wine & cookery tasting courses. Monza Grand prix Formula 1. The village of Mezegra is approximately 20 kilometres north of Como town with superb restuarants and cuisine. Lido di Lenno with its exclusive man made sandy beach is only a short drive. The Lido is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, whilst of an evening it is transformed at sunset to a swanky bar ideal for aperitif ,evening lakeside restaurant and candelit sophisticated bar, club or open air beach bar! Tennis, golf and horse riding close by whilst further a field or sample some windsurfing or Skiing 20 minutes and 1.5 hrs from your home.
