This luxury Ground Floor Garden apartment built in 2004 is part of one of the best residential complexes known as Floridamar Residential in Javea. It is a bright friendly apartment with private garden, communal pool and gardens. Full UK TV, marble floors, air conditioning, double glazing and more importantly for our winter guests, under floor central heating throughout.
This garden apartment comprises of a lounge with patio doors leading to a large covered terrace and private garden which has access directly to the pool and communal gardens, with ample dining outside space for 4 people to dine overlooking the Pool. The apartment has 1 Double room with an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom a twin room has the use of a separate full shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with Washing machine, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. A full range of English TV channels are available as well as a DVD player and CD Player/Radio in the lounge.
The complex has its own attractive well maintained Private Gardens, large outdoor Swimming Pool, Paddling pool for children, children’s outside play area and an outside Jacuzzi. Additionally there are resident’s changing facilities for use when taking advantage of the private short tennis court or sauna.
The Fisherman’s Port in Javea where the apartment is located is a short walk of about 5 minutes, The Port possesses an alluring charm that attracts many visitors to its pebbly beach, delightful restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques, there are also supermarkets, and banks everything you could possibly need. Further along the seafront is the Arenal a popular sandy beach ideally equipped to cater for all the family. The old town of Javea with its narrow streets, indoor and outdoor markets and historic church is about a 15 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, from the apartment. With something for everyone in the Javea area you'd be hard pushed to fit it all in during just one trip.
Golf, tennis, horse riding, walking, go-karting, shopping or simply sitting on the beach or lazing by the pool, whatever your choice, it’s all within a short distance. Children are incredibly well catered for and a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes lines both the Arenal and the Port beaches.

International Class Golf Courses north of Alicante. Oliva Nova golf course is in the extreme north of the Costa Blanca, and is a very complete and manicured course, where the layout calls for a whole variety of shots. This 18 hole course is situated in Las Marinas, Denia and was designed by Seve Ballesteros.
La Sella golf course is a varied, balanced and interesting course set in a protected environment at the foot of the Montgo Mountain, a few minutes drive from Javea on the Costa Blanca. Suitable for all levels of play.
The Javea golf club is in the valley south of the Montgo Mountain just a few minutes drive from the coast. It is 9 hole course (soon to be 18) designed with 7 different tee positions on the back nine and two greens for 1 hole.
The Ifach golf course runs through a valley of pine and carob trees commanding extraordinary sea views towards Calpe's Ifach Rock. The nine short holes demand accuracy with the drive as the distribution of tree and bunker hazards lends variety and difficulty to the round.
