Studio Apartment in the centre of Kaprun. Walking distance to lifts and 200m from Ski Bus stop. Ski all year around on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier! Ski Pass in winter covers the whole Zel am See - Kaprun area.
Simply furnished studio flat featured 2 fold-down sofa beds with a small kitchen to prepare food. Balcony with view over the village of Kaprun and the Zell am See slopes. Suitable for 2-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. I live in the neighbouring building and can offer advice or suggestions to make sure you get the most out of your stay!

Local activities in and around Kaprun, Salzburg
In winter walk to the slopes. Skiing at 3000m only 10mins on the free local ski bus. Relax in the evenings in the Kaprun swimming pool and sauna. Then sample the local apres ski scene in the bars or eat out in one of the many restaurants.
In summer walk in the hills or swim in one of the many mountain lakes. Go mountain biking or play golf. Try rafting or canyoning. You can even try lama trekking.
Drive through Kaprun on the main road. Look for the Casino on your right. Take the next sharp left just past the Ski Dome. Next right and head for the big yellow apartment building. First floor.
