Set overlooking Otter Valley this delightful converted cottage has wonderful veiws. See the wildlife or listen to the birds singing. Large living room with beams and woodburning fire, Galley Kitchen, two bedrooms, all made up on arrival and shower room, own garden with swing seat and Picnic table.
We have three Fishing Ponds on the farm and offer Guests unlimited use of them, Carp, Tench and Rudd can be caught or just watch the Ducks or Moorhens having a swim. If you do not want to do any cooking breakfasts and evening dinners can be taken in the farmhouse. We are a friendly working farm and can assure Guests of a very warm welcome, you are welcome to wander the farm and watch any of the activities.

The cottage was converted in 2007 from a former Cowstall. Pollywagtails is fully self contained and can sleep up to five people with plenty of space. The rooms are very light and airy. The heating is with a woodburing Fire, very cosy in winter, or wall mounterd electric heating.
The gallery style kitchen is equipped with large electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and all the usual requirements. The large bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom has a full size single bed. A camp bed and a sofa bed can easily be added to sleep five. There is pleny of space! There is also a shower room. It is all on the ground level.
Lovely walks can be had over the Blackdown Hills or through our own farmland down to the River Otter, you can enjoy the quietness of the country, along with watching the wildlife, guessing the wildflowers in the hedgerows or simply listening to the birds singing. We are half an hours ride from Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer, Sidmouth.
The national parks of Exmoor or Dartmoor with one hous drive and Cornwall easy reached for whole day out. The village is just one mile up the road with excellent Inn and village shop. There is unlimited use of our three fishing ponds available to guests, they are tranquil with ducks and moorhens swimming and are stocked with Carp, Tench and Rudd. Enjoy relaxing fishing or a walk to end your day!
We are freindly family along with Rosie, Polly and Bessie our three welcoming working dogs and every thing possible is made to make Guests enjoy there holiday. Tea and cake is offered on arrival. Towels, Linen and Electicity is included in our tariff.
Ideal touring area, Lyme Regis/Sidmouth easy reach, Dartmoor and Exmoor, Cornwall with places like the Eden Project can be reached in a day trip. National trust Houses and gardens such as Hestercombe, Bicton and Forde Abbey all within half an hours drive.

Local activities in and around Honiton, South West
Otterhead Lakes just two miles, you can watch the fish jumping and plenty of wildlife. Plenty of walkes on the Blackdown Hills. Yellow Book private gardens all in the area.
Honiton has aweekly market on Tuesday, the home of the Honiton Lace and Pottery. a wonderful small town to explore known for its antique shops.
Taunton 8 miles a busy town set on the river tone, very pretty with Museum plenty of resturants and lovely shops.
Get to Churchinford village, take the Upottery road, take the first left after the Devon sign, 1/4 mile along bear right, we are the first farm on the left having gone down and up the country road.
