Honeysuckle Cottage is a beautiful period property in the idyllic Cotswolds village of Oddington. This picture postcard cottage is situated at the end of Church Lane two minutes walk from the historic 11th Century Church of St. Nicholas which holds candlelit services.

The accommodation is spread over 3 floors, downstairs there is a spacious lounge which is light and airy in the Summer and cosy and warm in the winter, with feature stone fireplace, wood burner and stone hearth and pretty window looking over onto the appealing garden. After a busy day exploring the Cotswolds unwind on the luxury two and three-seater leather sofa and enjoy watching the digital terrestrial TV and DVD. Chill out by enjoying some soothing music provided by a CD/radio and CD collection or have some fun reading the assortment of books and playing some traditional board games.
Just off the lounge is a kitchen breakfast room with dining table, which seats six and child’s chair. The superb modern fitted kitchen with Elm wood floor has granite work surfaces, oven with a 4 ring hob and extractor fan, Washer/Drier, Dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment and a full range of excellent cooking implements.
From the lounge stairs rise to the first floor landing where 3 spacious bedrooms can be found which have crisp cotton bed linen and have been accessorized with Laura Ashley fabrics and The White Company accessories which add that extra bit of luxury. The wonderful cottage feel landing has wooden doors with iron latches and one leads to a refreshing decorated double bedroom which has a delightful window overlooking the pretty front garden and far reaching views of the Cotswolds countryside.
Another door from the landing leads to a newly appointed family bathroom comprising bath with mix taps and spray attachments, washbasin and W.C and the third door leads to a second delightfully designed bedroom with a double bed and newly fitted en-suite shower room. Childs cot is also provided. From the landing, stairs go to the second floor and the third bedroom can be found which has two single beds. The pretty garden provided a perfect haven for relaxing and an opportunity for al-fresco dining with garden table and chairs and a Barbecue

Treat the whole family to a unique experience at Cotswolds Farm Park, Guiting Power and also Cotswold Wildlife Park at Burford, which offers something for the children and the garden enthusiasts as the 120 acres landscaped parkland and gardens is spectacular. Visit the finniest Romano-British villas in Britain Chedworth Roman Villa at Northleach, and Its is also worth visiting the famous Shakespeare Houses in Stratford, which include Harvard House, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Mary Arden’s House and Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Hall Croft.

You could explore parts of the 60-mile North Cotswold’s Diamond Way or venture up the North Cotswold’s Outliers Hills near Winchcombe or discover the beautiful Seven Springs near Coberley For something more energetic why not hire a bike at Cotswolds Country Cycles at Chipping Campden and explore the beautiful Cotswolds villages..

Rental Notes: Weekly bookings are taken from Friday-Friday but short breaks are available any nights of the week with a minimum of 3 nights.
Welcome Pack is provided on arrival, which includes Milk, Butter, Bread, Eggs, Preserves, Orange Juice, Cheese, Tea, Coffee and a Bottle of Wine. We also provide Soap, Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Roll, Salt and Pepper, Washing up Liquid and Washing Powder.
Up to two dogs are permitted but an extra charge of £10 per week will be added to your Bill.
30% deposit is required 7 days after booking by cheque or bank transfer. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday.
