Side is one of the Turkish Mediterranean’s most attractive and popular resorts. Situated close to the ancient town of Side, Sorgan forest and the beach, our luxury apartment was completed in 2007. The complex boasts beautifully maintained gardens, a 25m swimming pool with separate children’s pool. A huge sunbathing terrace with our own sun beds. Fully equipped Gym and Sauna which is free for you to use. A children’s play area and 24 hour on-site security.
Our apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and overlooks the pool area and can comfortably sleep eight with four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, washing machine, microwave iron and board, and is fully equipped with all the usual kitchen requirements. In the dining area there is a table and chairs to accommodate eight. The lounge area has a 2 three seater sofas, 2 armchairs coffee table, TV and a DVD. The first balcony has a table with 6 chairs with views of the sea and forest. The top balcony is ideal if you want privacy.
There are two luxury style bathrooms, one a shower and separate Jacuzzi bath & one with a walk in shower.
Relax by the pool or on the balconies or work out in the Gym or just relax in the sauna on site. We have 6 sun beds for sole use of our guests.
Golf: Lots of courses close by, including Belek, which is world famous. Side is 40 mins from the internationally acclaimed resort of Belek with its numerous golf courses and is 10 mins away from the only Links golf course in the Med. The brand new resort owned by Lykia World opened in October 2007 with much publicity and rave reviews. Various web sites offer discounts for booking multiple rounds of golf ( I have a full set of clubs that can be used by the guests).
Local stores: Several small stores for immediate food supplies are within 2 minutes walking distance. Most are open until very late at night. For main grocery and other items, there is Migros supermarket about 3 miles away.

Local activities in and around Side, Mediterranean Coast
The ancient city ruins of Side date back to 200AD and you can walk for hours around the interesting site. In Antiq Side there are lots of shops to haggle with. Trips go to waterfalls, white water rafting, mountains, lake and sea cruises, safari, quad bikes and many more. So much to do, or just relax in the all year round mild climate. A visit to the local market on a Saturday is a must and there are bargains to be had as long as you haggle.
The Side town peninsular has the beautifully reconstructed temple of Apollo and is well worth a visit. Excursions can booked locally to Aspendos, Manavgat Waterfalls, Antalya Aquapark and many more places. River rafting, Jeep Safaris and Scuba Diving is also available.
The beaches are approx 15 mins walk away and have para-sailing, jet skis, banana boats and sun beds. The beaches are segmented and are run by very pleasant staff. Most offer a free transfer from the apartment to their part of the beach and free use of their sun beds but do like you to use their food and drink facilities. This is not expensive and is great value for money. The harbour has an abundance of restaurants catering for every possible taste. Either side of the harbour there are two stretches of sandy beaches, both with sun-beds and umbrellas. During the summer months the sea reaches almost 70 degrees. If you prefer a more secluded beach with sand dunes is located to the left and is known as East Beach.
Skiing is available in Saklikent. The resort is approx 45 mins from Antalya and approx 1hr 40mins from Side. The resort has 5 runs, a cafe and a hotel. It is suitable for beginners and intermediates.
Side Hill 3 is situated approx 20 min walk from Side Old town where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops for you to browse around. The Korner Bar is located just 2 mins walk away. Alim's Restaurant is approx 4 mins away. The local buses call Dolmus are cheap to use and go to most places.

Head towards Alanya for 45 miles. At Manavgat outskirts turn right at traffic lights towards SIDE. First mini roundabout, turn left, than straight down until you see Korner. Turn left. Apts. 50 metres

Rental Notes: Airport Transfers cost £70 up to 4 people and £90 for upto 8 people return. You can request the driver to stop at the supermarket for you to purchase some essentials on the way from the airport. You can hire a car next to the Korner bar for around Euros 30-35 per day.
Check in/out times are flexible.
Deposit of £100 payable to confirm booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately if booked less then 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If you are staying longer than 1 week we can arrange a daily rate additional £20-40 per day depending on season.
Long term rentals can be negotiated.

Check out time on your day of departure is 12am but may be extended due to flight times. A security deposit is also required of £100 to cover any damage to the property during your stay and will be refunded to you 14 days upon your return. Airport transfers may be arranged for you from £60.
