There are a 4 steps up to the villa but steps sturdy and not too steep. Smokers are kindly asked to use the ashtrays outside.
Local activities in and around El Portil, Costa de La Luz - Huelva
El Portil in the region of Huelva, on the south western part of Andalucia bordering Portugal. It is also known as the Spanish Algarve, famous for its stunning, golden, sandy beaches and noted for its seafood. A 10 minute walk to a the beach which is backed with sand dunes and pine trees. Local shops, restaurants and tapas bars only 5-10 min walk.
El Portil is a popular destination at the weekends for the people from Seville to visit. The price of food and drink reflect this local custom and you will not pay inflated tourist prices (a glass of wine is about 1 Euro). Huelva is a sea faring town and has a historical site called La Rabida where Christopher Columbus set sail. The region is famous for strawberries and agriculture.
Seville is 1 hour drive away. The villa is perfect for families or groups of adults wanting to relax and experience the friendly, traditional Spanish way of life with their own private pool and large garden.

Rental Notes: Change over day is Saturday during July and August but can vary during off peak times, please enquire. Monthly or longer winter rentals, price upon application. 10 day rentals also available in non peak times please enquire. A charge of £10.00 per person per week will be made for bed linen and towels. Beach towels or towels to use outside by the pool are not provided. Tea towels not provided.
You will be asked to complete a 'Booking form' that explains: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance paid 10 weeks before departure date. £100 Refundable security deposit bond is required with final payment. This security deposit will be refunded to you when you return the keys.
