Local activities in and around Gocek, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Gocek is central to many fantastic places of interest. If you fancy a day out in the fresh sea air, a 12 island trip is essential, small yachts/ water taxi's all situated in the marina, food is inclded with most, but please check this prior to booking.
If you fancy one of the larger boat trips they go further afield into many other coastal areas which are great fun.
Gocek market, which is on sundays, is great to pick up some amazing fresh herbs and spices (ideal for bbq's) selling organic fruit£veg , as well as amazing quality towels, and house hold items, the gozleme "turkish pancake" is a must, made in front of you!.
Fethiye market is on tuesdays/fridays, which is on a bigger scale, i would advise going there early in the morning, it well worth the trip, you can pick up some amazing bargains.
Olu deniz (turkey's blue lagoon) has a delightful beach, and various sports, worth a trip there also.
Gocek has everything you will need... Banks, cash points,supermarkets, clothes shops, waterfront restaurants, turkish baths, 2 chemists and much more
Dalyan is 45 mins away, with some lovely restaurants and cafe's on the waterside (great for breakfast).the lycian tombs are a must see! Truly amazing
Sarigerme has a fabulous long stretch of beach and clear blue waters, another recommended site.
As is patara, letoon, xanthos, salikent gorge, and even a day trip further out to see so much more of what turkey offers.
Once out of the airport, turn right, follow the sign for fethiye, go through the new tunnel, once out, look out for the club rosmarin sign on your left hand side, which takes you up to the complex.

"My family and I stayed in the villa. Quite honestly I loathe to write
a decent review in case bookings increase and make it
more difficult for us to go again. It really was quite
fabulous, a little slice of paradise in the hills
overlooking the beautiful harbour of Gocek. We arrived
late in the evening by a mere 20 minute transfer from
Dalaman airport with a friendly chap who was on hand to sort any problems we may have
had during our stay. As it happens we didn't, the
