This property is set in the beautiful hills just South of the "PARC NATUREL REGIONAL DU MORVAN" located near the small village of Charbonnat by the river Arroux (next to Autun, Luzy). Surrounded by meadows and forests, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the magnificent countryside and nature.
This farmhouse is a big main building, one part was fitted out to a large living space (180 qm) from ground floor to the top floor. The architecture is very extravagant with half floors. The bedroom on the first floor is open to the mezzanine. The large private swimming pool (9 by 4 metres) is securely enclosed and is situated in the courtyard of the farm, which from within has a nice view of the valley.
