The well presented villa offers accommodation for 6 people and includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, glazed covered terrace with conservatory furniture, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes, further double bedroom and twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a utility room and family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Outside the grounds feature a variety of trees and palms, private terraces overlooking the valley, a summer kitchen with barbecue and private pool. There are outside tables and chairs as well as sun loungers for guests.

Local activities in and around Calpe, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The nearest village is Parcent which is within walking distance. This lovely Spanish village is full of charm and character with local cuisine specialising in Paella. Parcent has itīs own small wine bodega, several bars and restaurants offering regional cooking and a local bakery.
The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Alcalali, Jalon, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within 10 mins drive. They have interesting traditional characteristics and atmosphere combined with plenty of restaurants offering Spanish and International cuisine small English stores, a large supermarket in Jalon, English and Spanish bars, Tapas bars and cafes and hairdressers and beauty salons.
Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the villa. Drive up the Coll de Rates, ascent to mountain top and find spectacular panaromic views over the Vall de Pop and neighbouring valleys, stop off for lunch on route at the Pedramala restaurant to sample excellent cuisine and gaze at the incredible views where on a clear day you can see the islands of Ibiza and Formentera.
There is also the donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only 10 minutes drive away. Within 50 minutes drive are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park.
Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 35 mins drive away. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers / hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. In addition to the paragliding there is quad Biking, go karting and an outdoor pursuit centre.
