Martine and Pierre welcome you to stay in one of the four holiday homes at Combe Belle in the Perigord Noir. Situated in 14 acres, on a hilltop over looking the Dordogne Valley, Combe Belle, is well placed to be able to discover this exceptional region of France.
This is one of the two end homes converted out of the barn. Les Rosiers is approximately 72m2 and benefits from a covered veranda. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each one having a double and a single bed. The upstairs has its own separate washbasin and toilet, the main bathroom with separate toilet being downstairs. The ground floor consists of a large lounge and kitchen combined. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge and washing machine. The lounge you has direct access to a covered terrace and small garden surrounded by a low hedge. There is ample shade on hot days and a good view of the countryside.

View from Combe Belle
Combe Belle is 7km to the west of the celebrated medieval city of Sarlat, 2.5km from Roque Gageac and 1.5km from the Chateau of Beynac. The homes are situated on a plateau that overlooks the surrounding countryside, lots of grass, lots of open space for the children to play in. Access to the property is via a long private driveway.
'Combe Belle' is within easy reach of many of the region’s major towns including Perigueux, Domme, Les Eyzies. Sarlat itself with a superb twice weekly market is less than five minutes away and draws its own history from a 9th Century Benedictine monastery. 'Combe Belle' is also exceptionally placed for the major attractions in the Perigord ‘Noir’ including many of the prehistoric sights, medieval Chateaux (Luc Besson’s film Joan of Arc was shot close by), not forgetting the majestic rivers of the Dordogne and Vezere which flow through to Bordeaux. A canoe trip, lazily meandering down the river, with a stopover for lunch is highly recommended.
Combe Belle is well situated for those who want a quiet holiday or for those who wish to take advantage of the local activities and attractions. On site we have swimming pool, table-tennis, swings and a huge flat grassy area suitable for ball games.
