You will be able to relax in or around your own private pool, with views of Florida nature as your backdrop. Or make use of Watersong’s elegant clubhouse, internet café, gym, community pool and spa, volleyball court and kids play area, all free of charge during your stay.

Games room with pool table, air hockey, table football and darts. Fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer with ice and drinks dispensers, microwave, glass topped range and dishwasher. Maple wood kitchen cabinets with under unit lighting. Luxurious open plan lounge and dining areas. Executive furniture throughout. Utility room with Whirlpool washer and dryer.
Outside our Villa we offer: Large 30'x15' heated swimming pool with lights. Heated jacuzzi/spa. Outside shower (hot and cold). Fully screened pool deck with comfortable padded furniture. Shaded lanai area. Security pool fence for your children’s protection. Barbeque (available at request). Backing onto conservation views. West facing to beautiful Florida sunsets. Watersong Resort is set in a peaceful location surrounded by peaceful woodland and water conservation areas. It is a gated community featuring a staffed gatehouse.
On site facilities at Watersong include an elegant, spacious 6,700sqft clubhouse which encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, an entertaining games arcade, a fitness centre, sundry shop, an on-site shop selling beverages and snacks and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun! Enjoy the large swimming pool and spa, picnic area, children’s playground, putting green and volleyball courts.
All these facilities are available for you and your family to use at no extra charge.

Renting our vacation villa at Watersong will give you access to more than 60 golf courses all within a short drive. In fact the choice of golf courses in the area is probably only beaten by the amazing variety of family entertainment that Orlando has to offer the holiday maker.
In fact, the best golf course within ten minutes drive from Watersong is the world famous Reunion Golf course at Champion’s Gate, where the Ladies PGA tournament is held every March/ April.
The latest addition is the Providence Golf course, situated only half a mile away.
When you add all year round sunshine to the variety of golf courses you will find Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing holiday. Not only will you discover great golf courses but you will find the very best instructors and competitively priced golfing goods in the many golf outlets that populate the area.
Rental Notes: Rental rates are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £110/$199 per week, if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55/$99.
For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods.
A security deposit of £200/$380 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Note all sterling prices are based on an exchange rate of 1.8 $/£. Sterling prices may be adjusted by the actual exchange rate at the time of booking.
