Ski bus stop is a few metres from the front door, travel is free with a ski lift pass.

The apartment is across 2 floors. The ground floor consists of the main living area with lounge, dining and kitchen facilities and door leading to main bedroom and shower room. A staircase leads up from the lounge area to a further mezzanine-style bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The town of Zell Am See caters for all tastes with its variety of bars, pubs and restaurants. From lively apres-ski bars and nightclubs, to traditional European dining and friendly cafes.
There is a pedestrian shopping area, designer shops, supermarkets, banks, chemist, doctor, post office, tourist information, hospital and church all within the resort.

Local activities in and around Zell am See, Salzburg
Zell Am See provides a host of activities throughout the year.
In winter there are 132km of pistes for all levels of skier or snowboarder to explore in the Europa-Sport region. This extensive area covers Zell Am See, Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Excellent ski-school for adults and children including snow park for snowboarders and Kinderland for younger guests. There is also ice-skating, indoor swimming pool, indoor tennis & squash, winter walks, snow shoe walking, sleigh rides & a toboggan run which finishes near to the apartment. The ice rink hosts ice-hockey league matches.
In summer the lake provides lake fishing, bathing, sailing and waterskiing. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor tennis, bicycles for hire, mountain biking and walks for all levels from leisurely rambles to mountain hikes. The nearby linked resort of Kaprun provides year-round glacier skiing, horse riding, bowling and boasts 2 18-hole championship golf courses which holds the World Cup Ski & Golf Championship each year. The longest summer toboggan run in Europe is at Saalfelden which is about 15 minutes by car.
