  Osborne House is an immaculately presented grade 2 listed Cornish town house. This magnificent 350 year old property provides stylish accommodation for parties of up to twelve and is ideal for two or three families looking to share a delightful holiday together. Set right in the heart of Looe town centre, tucked away within the fascinating narrow harbourside streets of the old town, less than a minutes walk to the sandy beach, harbour, shops, pubs & restaurants. The property is in a prime spot with two parking spaces one located just a few paces away and the other a ten minute walk. Osborne House is one of finest listed houses in Looe. Steeped in History with a wealth of former occupants and uses, it was one of the most famous restaurants in Looe until it was damaged by fire a couple of years ago. It has now been fully refurbished and restored by the current owners and turned back into the magnificent house it would once have been.

Crafted from local slate and stone, Osborne House provides a very spacious family home, perfect for summer or winter. Original features include wooden beams (one of which is reputed to have come from the defeated Spanish Armada), decorative encaustic floor tiles and traditional windows including a stained glass panel and original wooden sash windows. The open plan design is ideal for family and friends to enjoy lively evenings around the large dining table, relax in front of the delightful wood-burner with a roaring fire or watch tv on the flat screen home cinema system.

The ground floor accommodation includes the sitting room with games room annexe and the vast kitchen dining room. On the first floor are two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a fourth, twin bedroom and the Italian style, luxury bathroom. Finally the top floor is taken over entirely by the master double suite which has a king size leather sleigh bed and stunning en-suite shower room.
