The country estate extends on 3 Regions: Tuscany, Latium and Umbria, to 10 minutes from Bolsena Lake, to 20 minutes from Orvieto (exit Motorway A1), between San Casciano dei Bagni Village and Acquapendente Village. It is located in the Natural Park Reserve of Monte Rufeno (about 3.000 hectares). The property has immerse in nature and it has an enchanting panorama on the green valley.
The old main stone farmhouse dating back to 1850 and its attached rural buildings. We have 5 large apartments; 4-6 sleeps apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, elegantly appointed bathroom with a shower, a large bedrooms, many gardens with tables, chairs for outdoor dining and a very large swimming pool (22mt x 8mt x 1,45mt) with children’s pool (4mt x 4mt x 90cm) and hydromassage pool (4mt x 4mt x 1,10mt).
The Sant’Angelo agritourism complex is one of superior level that remains respectful of its country style with the Quality Certification. Weekly rate from 650 euro to 1.800 euro (2-3-4-5-6-7-8 sleeps), depending on the type of apartment (one room, two rooms or three rooms apartments), people and stay number, season.

Payments: Upon confirmation you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made by a Money Transfer. The remainder (60%) is paid at least 40 days before the starting date of your stay with another Money Transfer.
Deposit: A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival: euro 300 in cash for each apartment. This is to cover any damages to the property. Number of occupants must be communicated at booking.
In the event of cancellation 40 days from the planned date of arrival, 40% of the total cost is due; within 40 to 20 days from the planned date of arrival 50% of the total cost is due; within 20 to 8 days from the planned date of arrival, 75% of the total cost is due and the total amount (100%) is to be paid in the event of cancellations within the last 8 days…
