This apartment has recently been renovated to high a standard. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment can easily accommodate 5 people (6 if necessary) in comfort and style.

The Palias Excelsior building, has endless character and charm. It was originally a small exclusive botuique hotel in the early 1900's. It was later converted into 12 private luxurious apartments.
Recently renovated, this apartment is tastefully decorated with a blend of antique and modern furniture. There is plenty of room to move and relax.
With its 15ft high ceilings and orginal parquet flooring the apartment is light, bright and very spacious.
The living and dining room are dressed with a mix of modern furniture and original French antiques. The living room has a flat screen TV, European DVD player, 20G IPod and docking station.
The kitchen is fully euipped and fitted with gas appliances. There is also a washing machine fitted.
The three bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to five people. All rooms have ample built in storage, clock radios and bedside lamps.
The Queen room looks onto the garden, the Double room has its own study area and is also equipped with a security safe. The single room has its own en suite. All beds are complete with quality linens.
The apartment is ideally suited to sleep 5 people, however, a very comfortable trundle bed is available to sleep a 6th person if necessary.
The two bathrooms are both newly renovated, and dressed with the softest fluffiest towels you will find!
Conveniently located on the ground floor, the apartment comes with its own private and tranquil garden courtyard oasis to relax in and enjoy the sun.
There is an out-door setting including table, chairs and sun umbrella to help you enjoy the garden that little bit more!

1 Bathroom, 1 Shower. The main bathroom features warm tones, with a full size bath, dark wooden vanity and and towel warmer (during winter). The shower room only recently completed, although small, boasts full size shower.

Cooker, Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen has a large window, recently refurbished it has a 4 burner gas stove, electric oven and all the basic utensils you will need. Our plate ware, cutlery and glassware is of a high quality.
General:
Central Heating, Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. After the building was completed in the late 1800's it was one of Cannes first hotels, it retains its charm and character and is a highly maintained property. A maid serice can be provided on request.
Dining:
Seating for 6. The dining room is situated, near the living room, next to the large windows that look onto the scented courtyard. The Antique table can be extended to accommodate up to 6 persons.
