A recently renovated 3 twin bedroom cottage with a 3 bed mews apartment to the rear. Situated 10 minutes from the city and only 2 minutes from the Charlestown Shopping Centre. Airport is only 10 minutes by car. A quiet cul-de-sac location with plenty of secure free parking.
An environmentally friendly house as it has a geothermal heating system installed with underfloor heating for comfort day and night. There are shops, pubs, leisure centres, 5 golf courses within 3 mile radius, horse riding close by.
House sleeps 6-8, Apartment Sleeps 4-6 rent them individually or both if you need them. Dublin's ring road M50 motorway is 0.5 miles away so you have easy access to all major motorway arteries to visit other parts of the country. There is also a bus station outside the door that will take you to the heart of Dublin's City Centre. Whichever bus you take you will arrive at either end of Dublin's main street O'Connell Street, slap bang in the city centre.
