Traditional stone built croft cottage located in the beautiful highlands with uninterrupted panoramic views looking North across to Ben Wyvis, it is an ideal base for discovering Ross-shire and the Highlands of Scotland. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably in its 2 bedrooms.
The cottage is a hidden gem with one acre of secluded landscaped gardens with the highlight being a 60m x 15m Lochan.
If you are interested book or enquire early for 2009 to avoid missing your preferred date- it was fully booked very early in the year for Spring/Summer 2008.

This pretty cottage enjoys superb views and is set in landscaped gardens which are a real feature of the property. A stunning small loch acts as the focal point, stocked with rainbow and brown trout. There are a wealth of activities and places of interest close by, including the spectacular Rogie Falls, the charming Victorian Spa town of Strathpeffer (5 miles) and wonderful woodland walks direct from the door. Shops and pubs 2 miles.

Suitable for the elderly but would point out that theree are steep winding stairs not unusual in this type of propoert. it does have a handrail.
Local activities in and around Strathpeffer, Highlands & Islands
The cottage is situated 3 miles west of the village of Contin and 5 Miles from the beautiful Spa town of Strathpeffer. It is a paradise for those who enjoy hill walking, climbing, fishing, watching wildlife or simply getting away from it all and enjoying the garden.
The garden gives direct access for hill walking from a style in the Garden or try a "Munro" with Ben Wyvis visible from the cottage. Tarvie Lochs fishing is only a short distance away.
Only 25 Miles from Inverness and 30 miles from Ullapool the cottage is the ideal base for discovering the fabulous east and west coasts of the Highlands.
