Stylishly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with private 8m x 4m swimming pool within mature gardens. Well located in Gran Alacant, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket and just a short drive to the beach, this lovely villa is ideal for basing your stay on the Costa Blanca.
The lovely pool has Roman steps leading into the cool water. The mature gardens offer shade during the heat of the day and there is also a shady terrace at the front of the villa. At the side of the house is a shady dining area under a pergola with table and 6 chairs.
The stylishly furnished air-conditioned lounge contains both a 3 seater and a 2 seater leather sofa, rug, nest of tables, pictures, lamps and a mirror. For your entertainment there is a television with some UK terrestrial and satellite channels plus a DVD player and CD music system. Moving through the archway is the dining area containing a glass topped dining table and 6 chairs.
The stylish and modern kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard. With granite worktops and a great array of utensils, you will also find a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, deep fat fryer, juicer, food processor, steamer and wok as well as an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom, also air-conditioned, is on the ground floor and has a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps. In the dressing area there is a 6 drawer chest, shelf and chair plus built in rails for your clothes. There are also ensuite facilities. The twin bedroom has a ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, lamp and pictures as well as a built in wardrobe and overlooks the pool and garden area. The main bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.
Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase and galleried landing, is the second bedroom. Again air-conditioned, it contains a double bed, ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, lamp, two 6 drawer chests, pictures and a hairdryer. There are also patio doors that lead to the roof terrace. It also has ensuite facilities.
The lovely roof terrace contains a table and 4 chairs, 2 further sun loungers and a small table, is lit at night and has mountain views.

Local activities in and around Alicante, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The area has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also for those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to the superb city of Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Less than 40 minutes by car is the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Close to Gran Alacant is the typically Spanish resort town of Los Arenales. facing onto miles of sandy beaches Los Arenales is a popular weekend retreat for people from Alicante and further afield. In the resort itself are numerous bars and restaurants, some with beach and sea views and some with views to Alicante across the bay. During spring and summer watersports of all types are available.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the nature reserve which surrounds Gran Alacant.
The typically Spanish town of Santa Pola is a few minutes drive away with it busy harbour area and developing marina area. A wide array of shops, bars and restaurants area available as well as regular boat trips to the peaceful Tabarca Island.

The ideal place to enjoy nature and watch lions, tigers, camels. monkeys and hippos. You can also visit the crocodile farm with over 200 crocs and alligators. Located on the Santa Pola to Elche road.
Europe's biggest theme park covering 105 hectares and found just outside Benidorm. Huge car parking area. Large number of rides for children and adults of all ages. Over 80 restaurants and cafes. A full day out. Easily reached from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Located next to Terra Mitica and open all year round. Split into 4 areas this park has over 1500 animals in near natural habitat. Try the 50kmph zip wire over the elephants or swim with rays and sharks. Easy access from the A7/E15 motorway (exit 65A)
Opened in 1999 this Roland Favrat designed course is about 20 minutes north of Alicante on the A31 Madrid motorway. Club house, cafe, bar, restaurant, club hire, cart/caddie hire, lessons and practice ground.
Located in Mutxamel, Bonalba Golf is about 30 minutes from Alicante. Club hire, caddie/cart hire, lessons, practice ground, pro shop, cafe, restaurant, games room, changing rooms.
