The penthouse is within a private complex of just 29 apartments which share an attractive pear shaped pool and a circular splash pool for children. The three bedrooms are tastefully and stylishly furnished and all have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The comfortable beds and black out blinds will ensure a good nights sleep whilst storage space aplenty is provided by the fitted wardrobes. All beds can be made up as Singles or Super King-Sized doubled for total flexibility.
THE LOUNGE : This luxurious lounge area has seating for six on two sumptuous red leather sofas with a beautiful red leather coffee table for your drinks. Satellite T.V. is provided along with a DVD player and sound surround system (Which also doubles as a CD player). A ceiling fan and large air conditioning unit are on hand for your comfort whenever you wish to escape from the summer sun.
THE KITCHEN : The contemporary beech kitchen is fitted with emerald pearl granite worktops and splashbacks and all appliancies are finished in silver or stainless steel. A comprehensive selection of quality cookware and utensils have been provided for your convenience and a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine complete the inventory in style. Even a wine thermometer!
THE DINING AREA : The dining area has a circular glass topped table with integral lazy susan and six comfortable high backed chairs.
If eating al-fresco is for you, the large terrace has dining facilities for six also along with six comfortable sun loungers for those who wish to soak up the sun in private.
The kitchen and picture windows have sea views over the rooftops for catching those lovely Cypriot sunsets
The main bedroom has its own en suite shower room plenty of hanging space in the fitted wardrobes and a door which leads out onto the second balcony which also overlooks the pool area.
The second bedroom has ample wardrobe space and a door which also leads onto the second balcony.
The third bedroom again has plenty of wardrobe space and views of the hills behind Paphos town and of the attractive development accross the road.
