A pretty villa set in large gardens, mature trees and pretty lanes surrounded by attractive Spanish villas leading to the sea. There is a large swimming pool and a big paddling pool, excellent for children, belonging to the small community.
The villa has its own garden including a car port. There is a local shop on the community which sells freshly baked bread daily. Shops, bars, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance. Taxis and buses are readily available. The beach is 200 yards away down the private lane, where a walk either way will bring you to a beach restaurant, water sports or simply peace and tranquility. Tennis, golf, horse riding and deep sea fishing are also within easy reach.
The villa has 2 twin-bedded rooms with a bathroom and a large double bedroom upstairs with its own private bathroom and terrace overlooking gardens and a swimming pool. The floors are beautifully laid with authentic Spanish tiles throughout. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a courtyard with table and chairs. There is an open plan dining room/sitting room with large slimline TV.
Upstairs there is a landing equipped with ironing facilities and a door leading onto the roof garden. This spacious terrace overlooks gardens and villas to the sea. It is a wonderful setting for sunbathing and evening barbeques.

The Costa del Sol is a mecca for its mix of mountains, beaches, historial interests, tiny picturesque villages with stunning restaurants, wines and seafood restaurants situated directly on the beaches. Benhavis is a stunning village set 20 minutes breathtaking drive away up the mountains. It is famous for its food. Casares, built as a fortress into the mountain, is 30 minutes drive towards Gibraltar. Part of old Spain, historic artchitecture and pretty restaurants.
Glamorous night life is only two miles away at the exotic seaside town of Puerto Banus where the luxury boats on their moorings provide a memorable environment for a day out. Selwo Wildlife Park is 15 minutes away by car, and two aquaparks a further 15 minutes away. Rhonda and Gibraltar are less than one hour away and Marbella is only a ten minute drive.
This historic town dates back to the 9th Century with many Moorish features still remaining. As one of Europe's most exclusive holiday resorts, it is also famous for it's Orange Square, restaurants and cafes situated under the scented groves of orange trees. Rhonda sits on a massive rocky outcrop with magnificent views over the precipice of the river Guadalquivir. It was one of the last Moorish bastions with cobbled alleys, historic sights and one of Spain's oldest bullrings.
