These luxury apartments are situated along the peaceful Vera beachfront. Many amenities are to be found in Garrucha, restaurants, bars, a large open-air market & plenty of traditional Spanish shops. A new promenade leads from the apartment into the local fishing village of Garrucha.
The apartments are designed around beautiful walkways and gardens with an abundance of flowers.
The facilities consist of two large open-air swimming pools, one of which has food and sports facilities such as water aerobics and children's club, while the other is more for relaxation, both are surrounded by gardens.
The apartments sleep four, one twin bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two. They are fully furnished in good taste with pine units, marbled floors, fully fitted kitchen and washing machine. This is a very peaceful location with no through traffic allowed, which also makes the area very safe for children to explore. There are restaurants, shops, bars and a bank all within the grounds.
Enjoy relaxing in one of the local fresh fish restaurants along the Marina, while watching the fisherman arrive with their daily catch. There is an on-site gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts for those who like keeping fit or you can enjoy the award winning Vera Beach only yards away from your apartment.

Local activities in and around Vera, Almeria
Almeria has long been a popular choice for filming American style spaghetti westerns, (The all time Peter O'Toole classic, Lawrence of Arabia was also shot here). You can visit mini Hollywood or Yucca City, just outside Tabernas which was the set of A Fistful of Dollars and various other films and is open daily to visitors.
Almeria's thermal waters of Alhama de Almeria and Sierra Alhamilla keep the natural temperature from 30 degrees to 46 degrees centigrade and their fame dates from Roman times. The coast is completely unspoilt.
To the east of Almeria we find the rugged and desolate coast of the Cabo del Gato-Nijar natural park. This is an arid desert landscape and the annual rainfall here is less than 200mm. Visitors feel a sense of exploration here as many of the coves can only be reached on foot. This area is particularly popular with nature lovers and back-packers.
West of Almeria is the highly developed tourist resorts of Roquetas de Mar and Aqua Dulce. These have all the facilities of any modern resort to support the package holiday market.
At the north of the Costa de Almeria is the naturist beaches of Vera, a number of new complexes are being constructed here.
A little further south is Mojacar which successfully combines the popular beach holiday with the hillside white village that tourist love to explore. With a magnificient square and beautiful shops restaurants and bars, the village is also popular with locals. Almeria city is worth a visit with the Alcazaba castle overlooking the metropolis.
Due to the expanse of land, golfing has become popular in the province and with the breathtaking scenery is a fantastic place for a golfing holiday. There are many to choos from including Almerimar, Cortijo Grande, Playa Serena, Desert Springs, Marina Golf, Mojacar, La Envia and Andalucía Golf.
