Villa is 3700 square feet , all tile floors with three bathrooms and three bedrooms. Open Floor Plan all overlooking 240 feet of water. This property is unique and not the average canal home , because of its expansiveness there is no home to the right or left of the pool allowing a restfull time in the pool or on the lanai sipping a cocktail or looking at the dolphins playing at the seawall just 25 feet from the villa .Our Villa offers privacy that only a tip lot can provide . Local activities in and around Punta Gorda, Florida
In season there is music nightly at Fisherman's Village where you will find boutiques , cruises and great restaurants on the water. Boat rentals are at Fisherman's Village also.
Concerts in the Park are weekly at Gilchrist Park and several Art shows and museums.
A calendar of events will be supplied for the local area for you. Wildlife Preserve is at Ponce De Leon Park and a small beach. Punta Gorda has a beautiful downtown lined with shops and restaurants and trolley's to take you about. Punta Gorda has an historic flavor and has much to see Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island and Captiva are just a short ride away.
Thankgsgiving and Christmas time are especially festive in Punta Gorda , all activities are geared towards the holidays with a Christmas Boat parade in the beginning of Dec. Punta Gorda is located in south west Florida , just at the Peace River and the Charlotte Harbor. Charlotte Harbor is the second largest harbor in the state pf Florida and offers 125 miles of pristine boating water.
Golf digest ranked Punta Gorda on their list of best cities for golf in the country. Money Magazine has also ranked Punta Gorda as the Best place to live many times over the last 10 years. We are very near Sarasolta, Anna Maria Island, and 60 miles south to Marco Island.
Fisherman's Village
Is one of its main attraction to the area. Kind Fisher Fleet will take you on an afternoon cruise around the harbor or a sunset cruise. Artists and and Musicians tour our downtown and every third Thursday there is "gallerie walk" to see the vendors such as the restaurants and shops put out there speciaties. Great restaurants , golfing, boating . Whatever your pleasure I am sure it is a short distance away. Punta Gorda has been voted by "Money Magazine" as best places to live several times over the pass ten year. It is a deed restrictive community and has a strong sense of history and community .

Most people enjoy the serenity of Punta Gorda Isles after their adventures at Disney. A time to chill and see the sunset either at the lanai around the pool or at Ponce De Leon Park . From Tampa you would take Route 75 South and get off exit 164 which is Punta Gorda take Marion all the way down pass Fisherman's Village and go over the bridge to Bal Harbor.
