We also have a seperate lounge dedicated to the young in the family with TV/DVD and Playstation 2 (please bring your own games with you), this lounge has the benefit of a double sofabed. There is a separate luxury fitted kitchen with all mod cons included – dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, etc. The large living area has a dining room to one end.
Included in the lounge are a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, TV with satellite installed and hi-fi system – all for your comfort and relaxation. All rooms to the villas are tastefully furnished in contemporary settings.

Playa Blanca has something to offer everyone. The villa is set a few minutes from Montana Roja - great for those who enjoy walking, also for photographers and bird watching. We have a bowling arena on the new Marina and if feeling more energetic there are local cycle hire facilities. Of course it is a beach lovers paradise with all the additional water sports such as diving. Apart from Playa Blanca with its attractions this is an ideal base for those wishing to explore the island - from its amazing landscapes to isolated beaches, from sampling the local culture to enjoying a round of golf. If this is all too much just lay back and soak up the year round sunshine!
Rental Notes: The villa is suitable for the young and not so young with easy access and without steps, childrens splash pool is great for toddlers or taking a cooling dip.
Flexible changeovers; unless by arrangement 10am departure, 2pm arrival.
£200 deposit, with balance due not later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Balance to include returnable breakages bond of £100. Cancellation may result in loss of deposit, with cancellation 4 weeks prior resulting in full loss of monies unless the villa can be rebooked. All bookings to include travel insurance documentation.
