This beautiful villa in a new complex is ideal for all your holiday needs. There is a shared pool which is less than 200 metres away. Located in a village setting, and has all amenities close by. The villa is south facting and therefore benefits from all day sunshine. There is several terraces for sunbathing and dining. We have wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. Blue flag beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away.
This 3 storey villa Sleeps 8 with 3 double bedrooms . The property has various terraces for you to enjoy. From the top terrace we have wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. At the front of the villa there is a sheltered proch with table and chairs from al fresco dining, which can also be enjoyed from our other 2 terraces. The village of Daya Vieja has bars, restuarants, a pharmacy, bakery and hairdresser. The village is a 5 minute walk away. At the far end of the village there is also a public swimming pool with a bar and cafe. This can be used at a minimal charge. The countryside is minutes away with orange and lemon trees in abundance. There are many local fiestas and parades which are always colourful and exciting. Close by is Rojales which has supermarkets, banks and a post office. Local buses go to Guardamar and Alicante.

During the summer there is an open are cinema in the village's plaza. Benidorm is approximately 1 hour away by car where the Terra Mittica theme park can be found together with Aqualandia water park and Wildlife park Park Natura
Close to the main A7/AP7 and N332 coastal road. 30 minutes by car from both Alicante and Murcia airports
