A car space is reserved for you with additional parking in the visitors area.
Lounge area has 3 piece suite, TV, Video Freeview, Radio/CD player. Kitchen area has Cooker, Microwave, toaster & fridge. Bathroom consists of WC, Bath with Shower over Bath. There is an Electric fire and Night storage Heaters Fitted. The flat balcony gives lovely views across the Warren. Electricity is obtained via £1 coin Meter.
The flat is close to all amenities. Dawlish warren has Blue Flag award Beach, Beach shops, Bakery, Supermarket, takeaways, Childrens funfair, amusement arcades and Go Kart Racing Circuit.
Restaurants and 3 pulic houses cater well for families. A Bird Sanctuary is situated in the Sand Dunes.
Dawlish Town is a pretty shopping centre with lovely parks and streamside walks where you will find the famous Dawlish Black Swans.It has an excellent Leisure centre with heated Swimming pool,18 Hole approach Golf Course,Tennis Courts etc.

A Passenger Ferry runs between Starcross and Exmouth during the Summer,also Evening cruises to riverside Pub. From Paignton you can enjoy the age of Steam Trains where South Devon Railway run steam Trains to Kingswear & Dartmouth both lovely destinations.
Take a day out to Exeter by train or bus with its beautiful Cathedral and attractive car free shopping centre.
For those of you who enjoy shopping for bargains a visit to Trago Mills at Newton Abbott is a must.
