The area is an ideal base for adventure / touring, holiday there are 2 steam railways within 10 min walk regular bus services to Snowdon Caernarfon, Barmouth. There is an excellent golf course 1/2 mile away and rounds can be arranged. The harbour is 100yds away and there are numerous good fishing spots in the area or boat trips frm nearby ports. If you are into cycling the area is ideal and there is loads of room to store bikes in the basement with ground level access.
From Porthmadog High Street follow signs for beach by Woolworths, 100 yds on left you will see Indian Restuarant Passage to India the house is 20 yards past on left.
