This delightful town house is located in one of the prettiest areas within the heart of El Capistrano Village. It is an ideal choice for a couple or small family wishing to have leisure and shopping facilities within easy reach and also benefit from the traffic-free El Capistrano interior. Car parking is available only a few yards away, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant, bar and shop are within a few minutes’ walk.
Set on two levels and enjoying sea views, the accommodation consists of a master double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom, plus downstairs cloakroom. There is also a bed-settee provided. Both bedrooms share a terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean; perfect for a relaxing breakfast, or a quiet afternoon reading. The large open plan lounge/diner has satellite TV, and there is a well-equipped, fully fitted, kitchen, with microwave and washing machine.
The dining area leads out onto an attractive terrace; ideal for evening meals. Steps lead down to the garden and further patio underneath a vine-covered pergola, which can be illuminated at night – the perfect location for that final glass of vino tinto. Guests are invited to help themselves to oranges and grapes in season. In summer free-standing cooling fans are provided. In winter there is radiator central heating.
A visit to El Capistrano provides a unique and very special opportunity to experience living in a traditionally designed Spanish village house, in a traditional village environment, but with every modern convenience, close proximity to town and beach and so on. The development is situated on a hillside with views of the sea in one direction, and stunning views of the mountains in the other. We think that it is one of the loveliest spots that we have ever seen, and that a week here is an experience that you will never forget.
El Capistrano's setting is absolutely idyllic, with beautifully laid out narrow streets, scented with foliage and flowers, attractive little squares, fountains and immaculately maintained gardens. The village itself is particularly suited to holidaymakers with small children, being virtually car-free (the access road travels around the outside of the village, with ample car parking provided, but the interior streets are not open to vehicles). For peace of mind, the village has its own security staff and pool life guards.

The Costa del Sol often surprises people who visit it for the first time. Far from the images we sometimes see of high rise apartment blocks and English bars, much of the Costa del Sol is actually unspoilt, traditional and very beautiful. A large part of the coast line has a backdrop of mountains, meaning you can enjoy the beauty of the sparkling Mediterranean sea and imposing mountain ranges at the same time.
Nerja is one of the most popular town for holidays in the Costa del Sol. It has remained strong to its rural past and hasn’t lost its Andalucian traditions: there are no high-rise apartment complexes here. Instead you will find many pueblo style developments, offering a taste of real Spanish life.
Nerja has some of Europe’s best beaches; the main Burriana Beach has recently won a prestigious award for its high standards of cleanliness and facilities and Torrecilla beach has won a Blue Flag award. Nerja has many great bars and restaurants, together with its famous historic caves, and has easy access from Malaga airport.
There are many attractions to appeal to the whole family along the coast from Malaga airport - water parks, zoos, fun parks etc, as well as towns and villages to explore. Granada and the renowned Alhambra Palace make an easy day trip, and excursions from Nerja can be arranged though us.
