The house has 3 good sized bedrooms (2 x double beds and 2 singles (bunks or converted into singles), seperate child bed, cot and stair gates available. Bathroom has excellent shower and bath.
Large and airy kitchen-diner and lounge with French doors leading onto enclosed back garden.
The property is a 5 minute walk from Bembridge Beach, local village shops, deli, pubs (Crab & Lobster / Windmill), cafes, horseriding. Great for beach walks and picking up IoW coastal path.
Bembridge High Street with its restaurants, cafes and fish and chips is about 10- 15 minute walk with fresh fish catches and boat / fishing charters at Bembridge Harbour.
TV and DVD player, CD and Digital Radio in the house. Variety of board games and children's toys, children's play shed with play kitchen, table and chairs, sand pit, outdoor and beach toys.
