Our home is available for holiday letting between 19th July and 23rd August at £650 per week.
63 Walker Crescent is a large 3 bed roomed semi-detached house in a very quiet cul-de-sac, over- looking Chesil Beach. The Rodwell Trail (a cycle/walk way taking the path of the old railway line from Ferry Bridge to Weymouth Town Centre) is a 4 minute walk away. This can also be said of Portland harbour which will host the Olympic sailing in 2012.
The house boasts an excellent position! The bedroom views stretch from Portland up through the Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach for as far as the eye can see. Sunsets are spectacular in the Summer and from here you can see the sun set below the watery horizon.
The large rear garden is well established with plants, private and completely secure. Two private parking spaces are located at the front of the property and when you want to leave the car behind a bus stop is 20 yards from your door taking you to either Portland or the main town. (I can highly recommend the open top bus tour of Weymouth and Portland). We are presently refurbishing the bathroom which includes a twin ended bath with shower over and a separate W. C. The generous kitchen diner opens out to the rear gardens and the warm, cosy lounge is also separate. All modern conveniences are supplied including TV with Sky, DVD, etc.
Due to our current refurbishments and the garden being in the depths of mid-Winter I do not have as many photographs as perhaps I should. I enclose a few photographs of the house taken last Summer before we planned to rent it out.
