The patio area outside the lounge is furnished with a dining table seating 4/6, leading on to a grassed area which in turn leads to the excellent communal swimming pool.
The lounge has a three seater sofa and chair , bookcase, coffee table, TV and CD player, radio cassette MP3 player, with the dining area having a dining table and 4/6 chairs.
The main bedroom en suite has a bath with a shower and the second bathroom has a walk in shower.
The resort is only 8 minutes away from the beach of Los Alcazares and the natural lagoon of the MarMenor, the beach fronts at Mar Menor and the promenade have many beachside cafes and bars. It is excellent for the kids to play on the safe beach and for the adults to stroll along and try the tapas and enjoy a relaxing drink.
The market in the Ramblas area of Los Alcazarez is well worth a visit to snap up those bargains of clothing, fresh fruit and leather goods etc.
