Typical Tuscan farmhouse built at the end of the 18th century completely restored and refurnished in typical tuscan style.
The cottage, situated in the shaded quiet of the hills, is no more than 5km from Forte dei Marmi and it's beaches. It's ideal for those who love the sea,the mountains and the cities of art.
The house is a typical tuscan cottage totally renewed and refurnished in typical, comfortable Tuscan style. The accomodation is laid out over two floors. The ground floor has a large living room equipped with a fireplace, a dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. At ground floor all floors and fireplace are constructed of marble. Upstairs there is a bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. From each room you can enjoy a beautiful view which extends from the hills to the sea.
The house is situated in a basin surrounded by hills covered in olive trees and vineyards at the foot of Apuan Alps. It's placed between the mountains and the sea (only 5km from the cottage). It's in a very romantic location. The outside of the property, shaded by olive and fruit trees, is bordered by a stream and it's equipped with tables, chairs and deck-chairs. Ideal place for outdoors meals and relaxation in the quiet.
At the same time the house is only 5km. Far from Forte dei Marmi and the longest beach in Tuscany, the sandy beach of Versilia and it's social life.
It's possible to visit Lucca, Pisa, Firenze with daily trips.. You can visit the valley of Lunigiana in search of medieval castles, the natural park of Migliarino or San Rossore (splendid humid forest) or Five Lands with it's Lover's Road famous all over the world. It's a path that runs skirting pebbled beaches, rocky cliffs. Vineyards, picturesque small sea villages and suggestive landscapes.

There are the wine roads that are itineraries organized to visit the vineyards, the cellar of tasting and at the same time, the typical places, hamlets, century-old villas of unrivelled beauty and villages each one with it's own tradition.
It’s ideal for those who love the sea, the mountain and the cities of art. It’s possible to visit Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pietrasanta with daily trips. Many natural beauties such as Cinque Terre,the Lover's Road ( a path that runs skirting pebbled beaches, rocky cliffs, vinayards picturesque small sea villages and suggestive landscapes), the marble quarries in Carrara, the Tuscany Archipelago can be reached in a very short time. There are many paths on the Apuan Alps for the ones who love trekking and mountain-bike. In five kilometres you can get to the sandy beaches of Forte dei Marmi in Versilia. Not to loose the good cooking and the local wines. It's possible to mix crazy nights with others of complete relax.
Pietrasanta has always been an important cultural centre in Versilia.The important artisan tradition ( artistic-mosaic and artistic-foundries) has been kept alive by the local workshops and atelier. The house is 5 minutes by car from the centre of the town.

Rental Notes: This property is available to rent from Saturday to Saturday, on request, minimum for 3 nights in mid and low season.
Departure is before 10.00 a.m. Arrival between 2.00 to 5.00 a.m.
Rental rates include: electricity, gas (hot and cold water), final cleaning, bed linen and towels. The rate exclude central heating and wood for the fireplace. If used, payment should be made to the owner at the end of your stay.
A deposit of 30% of the full amount is payable in advance to secure the booking. This deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation between 60 to 45 days: 50% refund. Cancellation between 45 to 30 days: 30% refund. Cancellation made less 30 days: no refund due.
Refundable damage deposit of € 150,00 paid on arrival.
