Ideally located in the heart of the medieval town of Conwy, now a World Heritage Site, this mid-terraced three storey property is perfectly situated within the town walls and with easy access to amenities and attractions, including the castle, harbour and quayside.
There are excellent bus and train services throughout the North Wales coastal area and the Conwy Valley, with access also to the Snowdonia mountain ranges. The railway station, which is on an inter-city line (Holyhead to Euston), is only a few minutes walk away and the stop for local buses is within 50 metres of the cottage. The National Express coach company also serves Conwy.
The upper floor of the cottage has from the front views over the town, and from the rear the wooded hillsides and mountains of the lower reaches of the Conwy Valley.
The ground floor provides a dining/living room and a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. To the rear of the property is a small covered, decked courtyard with garden furniture. The courtyard boundary wall forms a section of the defence wall built as part of Conwy castle by King Edward I in the 13th centuary.
On the first floor there is a spacious, comfortable lounge with some original features. The furnishings include colour television, DVD player, a sofa and easy chairs.
The bedroom, which is on the second floor, has a full sized double bed and the adjacent bathroom is fitted with a toilet, wash hand basin and bath with an over-head shower.
