The garden protect by the greenery of pinewoods and holm-oaks is well equipped with table chairs and deck-chairs. If you want you can walk to the beach (100 m from the house) or relax in the garden surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, by nature and tranquillity.

Rental Notes: This property is available to rent from Saturday to Saturday,on request, minimum for 3 nights in mid and low season.
Departure is before 10.00 a.m. Arrival between 2.00 to 5.00 a.m.
Rental rates include: electricity, gas (hot and cold water), final cleaning,bed linen and towels. The rate excludes central heating and wood for the fireplace. If used, payment should be made to the owner at the end of your stay. A deposit of 30% of the full amount is payable in advance to secure the booking. This deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation between 60 to 45 days: 50% refund. Cancellation between 45 to 30 days: 30% refund. Cancellation made less 30 days: no refund due.
Refundable damage deposit of € 250,00 to be paid on arrival.
