This supurb country villa has a 3,000 sq mt land, a 70 sq mt swimming pool, terraces all round with views of the ocean and Fuerteventura. Set with no close neighbours, yet only five minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen, sandy beaches, Puerto Calero and sports such as Golf, Diving, Jet Skii, Sport fishing, Sailing, Horse riding and Submarine Safaris.
The solar and electric heated and salt cleaned pool, its covered and open terraces with BBQ and al fresco dining facilities make it an ideal holiday spot for the whole family as well as group friends for party celebrations. The villa can sleep 10 persons very comfortably and has facility of two put up beds if needed. Cot and baby chair can be supplied for no charge. Terraces leading to pool have security gates. Ski TV, DVD, Radio and football game are supplied. Position 28·56'24.85 N 13·41'20.44 W Ps Pool is a walk in, up to 1.60m making it ideal for children, elderly and disabled persons.
Villa Canto has a drive for three cars. Five double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and a further two bathrooms. The double lounge with its volcanic rock arch has a log fireplace on one end and an indoor dining area on the other close to the kitchen.
One four panel door opens to the terrace overlooking the pool which has a BBQ on one end and a large bottle cooler on the other and a massive table as well as two small tables and chairs on a side for independent children. The other four panel door open to another covered terrace which overlooks the pool and the ocean. The two bedrooms facing the hills at the back have doors opening to their own covered terrace. Ideal for a quite reading area away from the pool, the other three bedrooms have large windows opening to the lovely gardens, full of palmtrees, boganvillas, orange and lemon trees and hibiscus.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee mahine, teapots etc.
