A new, luxury two bed apartment, with large terrace which has the sun all day for 'alfresco' dining, only minutes walk to the sea with beautiful views of the mountains, situated in the unspoilt fishing village of Playa San Juan, Tenerife.
This apartment has been furnished to a high standard. It has 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The living room has 2 sofa’s, TV with English & Spanish channels.
Patio doors lead on to a large patio area in which to relax where table, chairs sunbeds and Parasol are supplied for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The beach and harbour at Playa San Juan are just a few minutes walk away.
Playa San Juan is a coastal fishing village which is said to have the highest sunshine record on the Island. It is surrounded by Banana plantations.
San Juan is very flat, so it’s a dream of a place for young families and wheelchair bound visitors who will be able to access all the area with very little trouble.
A newly constructed coastal path has recently been completed for those that enjoy a long walk or evening stroll.
Two sandy beaches can be found in the village alongside the harbour which are fully equipped with sun beds & Showers. It is a excellent location to go Scuba diving & snorkelling.
The harbour itself is very picturesque and tranquil and well worth a walk around. Here you are able to take Whale and dolphin sight-seeing trips.
Eating out in San Juan is a pleasure, where you will have the choice of typical Spanish cuisine serving fresh fish, as well as German, Italian and English restaurants. If you fancy a quiet drink you’ll find many old style tapas bars on the main walkway.
Prices are cheaper than the larger resorts.
You’ll also enjoy some spectacular sunsets and on occasions see and hear the dolphins playing in the sea.
There is a market in San Juan twice a week.
The Abama golf course is 1 mile away and Adeje Golf course is 10 minutes drive, Las Americas course is 20 Minutes. San Juan certainly makes a nice change from the hustle and bustle of some of the resorts in Tenerife.

There is fishing off the harbour should one wish to catch supper.
The new ABAMA golf resort is just a 3 minute ride away with an excellent golf course. It has a beautiful white sand beach which is available to the public and a bus service takes you to & from the beach.
AQUA PARK The famous water park is only a short drive away with it's range of slides, flumes and rides plus a dolphin show 4 times a day. A must for the children and those young at heart. www.aqualand.es
Scuba diving and snorkelling centers are located in Playa San Juan
There are good transport facilities in Playa San Juan which includes a taxi service from the village square and good bus links to other resorts.
Playa San Juan is located between Adeje and Los Gigantes on the South Coast. A Taxi service runs direct from the airport, alternatively there are plenty of car rental companies available.
