Absolutely stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property on 3 floors located on the cliff top with superb panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Alicante and the Carbassi beach. It is difficult to know where to start with the ‘WOW’ factors in this property which is situated on a private and gated urbanisation with lovely tropical gardens. The owners have taken a great deal of care in furnishing this villa which is reflected in its standard.
From the moment you walk into the villa the stunning views can be seen through the sliding patio doors to the balcony. The Mediterranean is shimmering in front of you and Alicante with its mountain backdrop is in the middle distance. The balcony itself is furnished with a table and 4 chairs and is the perfect spot to sample some ice cold wine and watch the sun set.
The lounge area is stylishly furnished and the views can be enjoyed from here as well. The dining area has a modern glass topped table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is close by, well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need. There is also a small WC off the hallway.
Marble stairs lead down to a second longe area furnsihed with a leather corner sofa. Large sliding doors lead onto another, larger sun terrace with the same supeb views. There is a patio table and chairs plus a BBQ. From the lounge area there is a bathroom and utility room. There are two spacious double bedrooms.
Take the stairs again, go up two flights and you come to two more bedrooms. The master double bedroom has ensuite facilities. From this bedroom sliding doors lead to another balcony with the same superb views. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a further bathroom.

The area has plenty to offer those looking for a relaxing holiday and also for those looking for something a bit more active. With easy access to the superb city of Alicante and the excellent motorway network, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Less than 40 minutes by car is the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar near Benidorm.
Close to Gran Alacant is the typically Spanish resort town of Los Arenales. facing onto miles of sandy beaches Los Arenales is a popular weekend retreat for people from Alicante and further afield. In the resort itself are numerous bars and restaurants, some with beach and sea views and some with views to Alicante across the bay. During spring and summer watersports of all types are available.
For walkers there are a number of clearly marked trails in the nature reserve which surrounds Gran Alacant.
The typically Spanish town of Santa Pola is a few minutes drive away with it busy harbour area and developing marina area. A wide array of shops, bars and restaurants area available as well as regular boat trips to the peaceful Tabarca Island.

The ideal place to enjoy nature and watch lions, tigers, camels. monkeys and hippos. You can also visit the crocodile farm with over 200 crocs and alligators. Located on the Santa Pola to Elche road.

Opened in 1999 this Roland Favrat designed course is about 20 minutes north of Alicante on the A31 Madrid motorway. Club house, cafe, bar, restaurant, club hire, cart/caddie hire, lessons and practice ground.
Located in Mutxamel, Bonalba Golf is about 30 minutes from Alicante. Club hire, caddie/cart hire, lessons, practice ground, pro shop, cafe, restaurant, games room, changing rooms.
