The apartment is in easy reach of lovely sandy beaches as its halfway between Javea and Denia, the resorts of Denia and Javea are a 10 minute drive and have fabulous beaches, pavement cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.
Within easy reach of all the amenities on offer in Denia and Javea, it is also just a short drive away from the beautiful valleys of Jalon, Orba and Pego with tranquil villages sitting amongst the vineyards, orange and almond groves.
Dénia has a wonderful climate, whilst its landscape, is an added plus to its blue waters. The nature reserve of el Montgó separates the towns of Denia and Javea (Xabia in valenciano), the magnificent Montgó mountain rising to a height of 758 metres. Seen from the south the mountain resembles the profile of an elephant.
The port area of Javea is a working fishing harbour and marina. There is also a pebble beach and pedestrian front dotted with bars and restaurants. To the southern side of Javea is the Arenal with a sandy beach and many bars and restaurants.

Oliva Nova golf course is in the extreme north of the Costa Blanca, and is a very complete and manicured course, where the layout calls for a whole variety of shots. La Sella golf course is a varied, balanced and interesting course set in a protected environment at the foot of the Montgo Mountain, a few minutes drive from Javea on the Costa Blanca. Suitable for all levels of play.
The Javea golf club is in the valley south of the Montgo Mountain just a few minutes drive from the coast. It is 9 hole course (soon to be 18) designed with 7 different tee positions on the back nine and two greens for 1 hole.
The Ifach golf course runs through a valley of pine and carob trees commanding extraordinary sea views towards Calpe's Ifach Rock. The nine short holes demand accuracy with the drive as the distribution of tree and bunker hazards lends variety and difficulty to the round.
