The nearest pub is a 5 minute walk and just a little further to a leisure park which is home to Newquay Zoo, Waterworld fun pools, tennis courts and crazy golf. The town centre offering a wide choice of shops, pubs, restaurants, Sea Life Aquarium and small working fishing harbour is about half a mile away.
There are numerous family amenities close by including a boating lake, cliff walks, surf school, golf, fishing, horse riding and ten-pin bowling. The property is also on a local bus route that connects with the railway station.
