Villa Hollick is a spacious modern newly built self-careing villa situated within 20 metres of a nice stone beach.
The villa sleeps 8-10 and consists of 4 double ensuite bedrooms, large open plan living/ kitchen area.
Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village situated in a small hamlet on the Bay of Kotor between Kotor and Perast.
The village has a lovely long south facing stone beach, the nicest in the area. At one end of the beach is a seasonal beach bar and the other end is the hotel Amfora. The hotel has it’s own beach bar.
A regular local bus service operates on the main road from by the village shop between Kotor and Risan with connections to Herceg Novi.
Orahovac is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region- Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor into a spacious open plan living room, consisting of a large seating area,sofa bed, Satellite Plasma TV, DVD. Two sets of large french windows open on to a big terrace with beautiful view over the bay of Kotor, an arch through to the kitchen area and a cloakroom. A third set of french windows lead on to a small patio to the side of the villa where we have a barbeque area.
Below on the ground floor is road parking, a large spacious bedroom with french windows opening on to a terrace, a bathroom with bath/shower, wc and washing machine. This room is suitable for young families as there are no balconies, we also have a double sofa bed in this room and could fit a cot. On the top floor we have three bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds all with their own shower rooms, wc’s and balconies and sea views.
The house is fully air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months.
Orahovac also has a hotel with a restaurant. There is a seasonal beach bar, village shop for essential items. A local bus service runs between Kotor and Risan.

Local activities in and around Orahovac, Western Montenegro
Orahovac is situated in one of the four Montenegrin seaside regions, Boka Kotorska is made up of four beautiful bays, it is adorned by historic towns and surrounded by wild and rugged mountains. This stunning Fjord is a true visitors delight, full of scenic variety, charm and exploring potential.
Kotor is situated at the bottom of the Bay of Kotor and is a UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The old town has managed to keep its medieval Mediterranean atmosphere with narrow, zigzag streets and churches dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. Inside the old town there are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a lively night life during the holiday season. Kotor has a daily market for fresh produce and day trips can be arranged from the Harbour.
Montenegro enjoys a warm mediterranean climate with sea temperatures ranging from 12 degrees C in February to 25 degrees C in August. There is a host of activities available in Montenegro: Canoeing, handgliding, paragliding, rock climbing, diving, snorkeling, sailing, walking, mountain biking. Slightly inland on the Skadar lake is the biggest harbour for birds in Europe, sometimes over 270 species can be found. Further inland there is white water rafting and canoeing on the river Tara and also ski resorts although at the moment they are like Scotland 20 years ago.
Vila Hollick is located on the quiet lower road between the Hotel Amfora and the Perast end of the village. We have the only Palm tree in the garden on the lower road.

Rental Notes: Booking is easy, just contact us with the dates you would like, no set change over days but minimum stay is 5 nights Low season and 1 week High Season. Prices are based on 6 people renting, additional guests are 75 Euros per week per guest. Special discounts may be available on last minute bookings.
All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking, the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euro's via bank transfer. A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
A one off residential tax of 3 euros per person and a local tax of 80 cents per person a day needs paying within 24 hrs of arriving, our agent will advise you. Departure time is before 11a.m and arrival anytime after 4pm.
Winter rentals are subject to a charge for electricity.
