The house is newly furnished inside and out and has stunning lake & mountain views from every window, very large terraces outside and a fabulous large roof solarium. The house has its own private pool and is all on one level Come and be at one with nature, refresh your spirit, and explore this beautiful yet convenient area.

Easy 45 min drive from Malaga airport (1 hr Granada airport). Enjoy yourself relaxing on our large terraces all on 1 level - with patio furniture, sunbeds, swing hammock, bbq and to cool off in your own private pool. Ample parking by the house for several cars, boats etc, hose available. The house itself has been built to maximise the lake views (we are the closest) which are stunning from every room and the house is newly furnishd this year throughout with mexican pine to complement the rustic charm.
The very large open plan oak kitchen (new this year) is well equipped - large fridge/freezer, microwave & large cooker (gas) - plenty of utensils, bowls, etc. The large open plan lounge/diner comfortably has ample seating & dining faciilties - all new - there are 3 sofas inc 1 double sofabed, sky tv, dvd, cd player, coffee tables, games & books, even a few toys. All the bedrooms have stunning lakeside views and high quality mattresses. The large masterbedroom also has a large bathroom ensuite with full bath and shower over. All bedrooms have ample storage, full blackout blinds & curtains.
There is a separate shower room with large walk in shower.

Located on Lake Vinuela - idyllic cycling, boating, horse & bike riding, walking, bird watching, nature study -yet only 5 minutes from Puente don Manuel (our local village with small shops, plenty of bars & restaurants, medical centre nearby), 12 minutes from Velez Malaga/Torre del Mar steeped in history yet with the most up to date facilities - Velez Malaga has excellent shopping (Mango, Zara, Eroski etc!) It also has cinema English & Spanish & aircon, bowling, aqua park, major hospital even a new tram! 3 Golf courses nearby, Velez is also on the main motorway that follows the Med making this area and beyond a pleasure to explore.
The house has lots of maps and tourist information. You name it its here, the lake is great for fishing - permit required - boating, please note no motorised craft permitted, swimming, walking. Torre offers all the usual beach activities & water sports, 3 Golf courses nearby, Nerja is a short drive with its caves, there are water parks, sealife centre, Tivoli World theme park, trips to Gibraltar & Morocco, warm natural spas at Alhama, Granada is only 80 kms away making it an easy day trip to "do" the Alhambra Palace, the bizars, museums, galleries, Malaga is so easy to get to thanks to the fab motorway networks Spain has not to mention skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Lots of maps, ideas & tourist info at the house.
Quaint dotted white washed villages, spring water gushing out of the local moutains, wine runs, olive & almond groves, this is the old Spain but with the convenience and entertainment of the modern world. Goats are still shepherded near the house, bells tinkling, chameleons are still here. It really is a wonderful land full of variety - or just enjoy the house, pool, views, sunshine and relax...
Many cheap fights to Malaga & Granada airport (Malaga is closest), ferry to Malaga. Car A7 to Torre del Mar/Velez Malaga exit, take La Vineua road to Puente don Manuel.
