The kitchen includes cooker, extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle,toaster and a breakfast bar with stools.a seperate utility has a tumble dryer and a seperate freezer, iron and board. Lounge/dining room has a log burner, tv with sky , dvd player and dining table.this area opens onto large terrace and bbq area with table and chairs and sun loungers where you can relax in the sun and have full veiw of the garden and swimming pool. The villa is gated and has parking spaces. .

Javea is a beautiful town with many walking areas, the tourist information take free guided tours in main season giving you the opportunity to see the excellent views Javea has to offer. Javea consists of 3 sections, the typical Spanish old town, which hosts many shops and bars / restaurants nestled in amongst the quaint cobbled streets.
The port which consists of a marina where glass bottom boats & fishing boats can be booked taking you on a wonderful trip across the med.the arenal beach is a very popular area for all age groups which has been awarded with the blue flag for many years ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Many shops, bars and restaurants are available and all within walking distant from each other. Whether you want to relax on the beach ,try one of the many restaurants or just sit with a drink and take the beautiful views.in the evenings this is where everything comes to life it has excellent nightlife or if you want to take it easy just walk along the promenade viewing all the stalls that sell crafts or many spanish gifts to take back home with you.
Benidorm is a 20 minute drive away where you can visit Mundamar Marina park, the Aquatic Water park or try Terra Mitica theme park all these will make an excellent day out.
