This stunning villa has 5 double bedrooms 2 with en-suites and 1 separate bathroom. The large pool and patio can been seen from lounge and kitchhen, excellent lay out if you have children. The bbq area is out on the patio which has table & chairs ideal for the relaxing evenings. The lounge is spacious and provides a tv with sky, and dvd player. The kitchen has a breakfast area with large american fridge freezer and dishwasher cooker and hob. Into the utility there is an additional 2 fridges, washing machine and tumble dryer, this also has a music system for the outside bbq area.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and 2 have en-suites. Leading into the naya area is a dining table and chairs, this also leads onto another patio with table and chairs. This villa can cover 10 people but with the large outside space you can get away and enjoy a few minutes on your own. An excellent villa for a large family or group.

Javea is a beautiful town and is in 3 sections the old town is typical old Spain with many bars & restaurants nestled in amongst the cobbled streets On to the port where you can arrange a trip on the glass bottom boat or a fishing boat and enjoy a cruise on the med. The Arenal beach is the 3rd section where you can sit and relax on the sun loungers or try out one of the many bars/restaurants there are many shops bars & restaurants to try all within walking distance. This beach area has been awarded with the blue flag for many years ensuring safety and cleanliness, a must for families.
On an evening the arenal comes to life with excellent nightlife,Nightclubs open for the young at heart or just choose a restaurant and sit and relax, stalls open up for you to browse on and collect any gifts you need to purchase. Javea is an excellent resort to come to and will suit all age groups.
Javea golf club is a 5 min drive from the villa, this is a 9 hole course at the moment this will shortly be an 18 hole.
Benidorm hosts most of the amusement parks, this is a 20 min drive, with excellent days out.
