The opulent 19th century Chateau de Talent is richly decorated and provides a glamorous and exotic residence, with refined French architecture, gilt cornices, marble fireplaces, lavish drapes and specially commissioned oriental furnishings. 16-20 people can be accommodated in 8 luxurious bedrooms, most with en suite spa bathrooms or multi-shower rooms. Two chalets located next to each other on the grounds can accommodate a further 8 to 12 guests, and are just a few metres away from the Chateau de Talent.
Guests have exclusive use of a large home cinema room with 130cm satellite TV, DVD, VCR and bar. The cellar rooms are fitted out with a disco, a fitness area and even a wine bar. There is also table-football, a pinball machine, Nintendo console, American Billiard table and a selection of board games.
The outside lives up to these high standards, with a 9x4m heated swimming pool, a 6 person Jacuzzi, a 3 person Sauna and a 9-hole miniature golf course.
There are eight double bedrooms in the Chateau de Talent but there are also an additional ten camp beds that can be used in any of the bedrooms for children or teenagers. The two chalets on site provide an additional four bedrooms and two bunk bed areas for children. The whole of the property is rented out in exclusivity for groups of 24-36.
The 8 spacious luxury bedrooms have TV, mini-bar, and a choice of king, queen and double beds. There are 5 spa bathrooms, 3 multi-jet shower rooms & nine WC areas. The living room comes with satellite TV, DVD, VCR and HIFI. The large dining room has a marble fire-place. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
There is a large karaoke home cinema room with 130cm satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, amplifier and bar. The cellar rooms of the chateau are fitted with disco, living room, fitness room, and a wine bar. The games room comes with table-football, American billiard table, pinball machine, Nintendo console, and various board games.
The two newly-built alpine chalets in the park are rented along with the chateau. Each sleeps up to 8 people and has a fully fitted kitchen and a large open-plan day room with kitchenette. Each living area has a sofa & two leather armchairs. There is also a sleeping area with two bunk beds. Both chalets have two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom in each chalet comes with multi-jet shower. Outside each chalet is a timber patio with seating, table, and private bbq facilities.
The parkland has a fantastic range of facilities for both those wishing to be active, as well as those wanting to relax and enjoy the surroundings including the following: heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, mini golf, BBQ, volleyball and badminton, boules track, table tennis, children's playhouse, swings, slides, sandpit, 15 Bicycles.

It is situated at the entrance to the town of La Fére (2900 inhabitants), where there is a range of shops and services – including a bakery 200 metres away and a super market 400 metres away. A welcome pack is provided on your arrival, which includes local information on seasonal activities and tourist attractions in the region.
Local activities include riding club, nautical centre, golf courses, forest, hunting, fishing, skating, football, and tennis courts.
