This Modern beautifully decorated detatched villa situated just above Los Cristianos (5 mins by car) and right beside the park (Aquillas del Teide).
The villa consists of a heated pool with large spacious terraces and various sunbathing areas. Large spacious sun roof vith spectacular views of the mountains and sea. All 3 bedrooms has its own en-suite and indivdually controlled air-con/heating system. Two of the 3 spacious bedrooms have there own private balconys. The Villa is ideal for families with children who want to have a relaxing holiday but are only 5 mins from the hussle and bussle of the tourist attractions
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Large Double bed, bedside lockers, en-suite, fitted wardrobes, Safe, Private balcony. Bedroom 2: As above except with twin beds. Bedroom 3:As above with twin beds.
Livingroom: The living area consists of a large spacious lounge with 3 leather sofas, air-con/heating system, entertaining dining area for 6 people, large coffee table, large flat screen TV, and satellite box (with limited English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV).
Bathrooms: Downstairs guest w/c. 3 en-suites for the bedrooms with fullbath and shower over, sink or twin sinks, w/c and bidet.
Kitchen: Indipendant with dining area for 4, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery,crockery. Utility room: Washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron.
Other: Outdoor dining area has table and 6 chairs which is enclosed with sun awning has complete privacy. Linen service: Provided every 3/4 days for fresh linen and towels.
