The apartments have all been recently renovated and are in pristine condition. They have all the conveniences to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
The property itself has direct sea access with several secluded patios for sunbathing or quiet contemplation.
A short walk (less than 10 mins.) brings you to the village of Schull, a small fishing village with a population of about 1000. Tourism, fishing and farming are the main staples of the economy which blend together to give a delightful mix. Go down to the pier and watch the fishermen land their catch and mend their nets. Walk up to the village market (Sundays 12 - 4) and purchase the delicious organic produce of the fertile countryside, or visit one of the many award winning pubs and restaurants and sample the deliciously cooked version.
Local ferries take you to Cape Clear Island or Baltimore and back in a day.
A short drive (half an hour) brings you to Mizen head the southerly most point of Ireland. You can walk over the minature suspension bridge to visit the lighthouse and take in the incredible raw beauty of the sheer cliff faces on all sides. On your way back, stop at Barley Cove's pristine golden sand beach for a swim (plenty of room even on the busiest of days) before heading over to O' Sullivans bar in Crookhaven for some delicious seafood chowder and a glass of Guinness.
Then head back home to relax on the couch and watch as the setting sun paints the hillsides and the sea with vibrant and electric greens. You will understand why they call it the "Emerald Isle".

Local activities in and around Schull, South West
Sailing, windsurfing and kayaking can be arranged through the local watersports center on the pier. The FMOEC (Fastnet Marine Outdoor Education Center) holds sailing courses each week during the summer for all ages.
Go deep sea fishing on a 35 foot local boat "Blue Thunder". Fresh water fishing for trout at the local reservoir.
Boat trips to islands aboard the "Karycraft".
Hike all or part of the "Sheeps head way" -a 70 mile path along the scenic Sheeps head peninsula.
Cycle the backroads free from traffic but full of wildlife and stunning scenery around every turn.
Surf the breaks at Barley Cove and then chill out on its golden sand beaches.
If all this wears you out retire to the Courtyard Bar in Schull, sit outside with a glass of Guinness and watch the world go by.
From Cork take the N71 towards West Cork. Pass through Ballydehob. 4 miles further look for the "welcome to Schull" sign. We are the next driveway on the left. Watch for our sign.
