Seascape is a delightful contemporary styled holiday home, standing in a peaceful culdesac with stunning views out towards the Bay. The bright modern interior of Seascape is attractively styled in coastal blues and whites and with two fantastic outdoor seating areas perfect for balmy summer evenings, alfresco breakfasts and barbecues this is simply perfect for family groups and friends.
It was the views of the sea and St Clements Island that attracted the owners to this lovely split-level house and led to the construction of a substantial balcony when re-designing the interior. The addition has enhanced the light, fresh, openplan aspect of a first floor living room that has wooden flooring, pastel blue and cream décor and fashionable contemporary furnishings.
A well-appointed and equipped kitchen area is attractively fitted with cream Shaker style units and oakwood worktops. Both bedrooms on this level have polished floorboards and colourful scatter rugs; the lower ground floor bedrooms are very comfortable and glazed doors lead out from the spacious master room into the enclosed patio garden.
Away from the hub of this popular fishing village, yet close enough to be within a pleasant downhill walk of the maze of narrow streets and quaint sheltered harbour, the house has the advantage of lying in a quiet residential close which can be accessed without driving through the village. There is parking for one car on the drive and further roadside parking is generally available down the hill.
