The Chateau de Grazay is set in tranquil rural surroundings on 2 hectares of recreational land. The accommodation is splendid, 18 can be comfortably hosted. In the grounds of the Chateau de Grazay one can enjoy a private and heated swimming pool, a terrace and a recently laid modern hard tennis court. The chateau accommodation sleeps 18, the main chateau can sleep 16 in its 7 bedrooms, and there is also a self contained gatehouse on site that can sleep a further 2 guests in its double bedroom.
Chateau – On the ground floor there is a hall, a kitchen and dining room, a family room with open fireplace and TV and DVD. There is a breakfast room, a further salon, WC, an office, utility room and an impressive salle de jeux complete with table tennis, table football and board games.
On the first floor the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further double bedrooms, a WC and a family bathroom with shower facilities. There is also a family room with 3 single beds and this bedroom too enjoys en-suite bathroom facilities.
On the 2nd floor the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and a large bathroom and WC.
Gatehouse – The self contained Gatehouse has a kitchen, dining and living room (TV). There is a sofa bed and a large double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower facilities.
The gardens enjoy a super terrace, the courtyard has access to and from the kitchen. There is a purpose-built stone BBQ, a large lawned area and courtyard which can be contained for small children. There is a private, heated and fenced swimming pool and hard tennis court on site. There is plenty of safe parking spaces and plenty of room for ball games.
