The chateau has a swimming pool and a private 9 hole golf mini course.
Today, the ground-floor and tower, which date back to the 12th century, still exist, along the Church at the side. The upper levels of the Chateau date back to the 16th Century and it has been been fully and sympathetically restored. The Chateau has a private 9 hole golf course, with an attractive lake, set in 8 acres of undulating fairways. It is a compact par 27 approach course ideal for improving one's game or for the ambitious beginner.
The accommodation comprises of 6 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms (2 en-suite) to sleep 15 as a maximum.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, games room, WC and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the ground floor you have access to a private veranda, terraces, and fabulous 2½ acres of gardens.
On the first floor overlooking the court-yard, there is a spacious room with adjoining bathroom and WC.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and on the mezzanine there is a antique French bed. There are 3 further double bedrooms and a separate WC.
The house is set into the side of a hill facing south over its own gardens and grounds with views over the surrounding countryside. The chateau had a private garden, mini golf course, and swimming pool.

Bergerac is 15km away and therefore very close to the farms producing Foie Gras and wonderful wines. For the keen golfer several other golf courses are within easy reach, for instance the famous championship course at Chateau de Vigiers (18 hole par 72). Other golf courses in the neighbour-hood are the Golf de Castelnaud (18 hole par 72, 9 hole par 31). Chateau Les Merles (9 hole par 36).
