'Dunas Vista' is a large 3 bedroom apartment which is part of a brand new residential complex on the outskirts of Corralejo town.
The apartment is a 5 minute drive from the windsurfers paradise ‘Flag Beach’ where you will find the famous Fuerteventura sand dunes. This beach can be seen from the roof terrace of the apartment.
The lounge area has a comfortable leather 3 piece suite, large colour TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
The balcony is enclosed with sliding windows and has a spiral staircase that leads to a very large private roof terrace which covers the same area as the apartment (Approx. 90sqm). The open spiral staircase may make the apartment unsuitable for young children.
The roof terrace has a patio table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and a parasol and is not used by anyone else. It is above most of the other roof terraces which makes it very secluded. From here there are stunning panoramic views across the dunes and sea to Lanzarote, Los Lobos and the mountains.
The apartment itself is very large with 3 good sized bedrooms and sleeps 6.

Local activities in and around Corralejo, Fuerteventura
Corralejo harbour is an easy 10 minute drive where there are many Spanish-style restaurants overlooking the sea. There are several very nice, sandy beaches in this area. They are all backed by restaurants where you can sit and have lunch or a drink as you watch your kids play on the beach. The sea is usually very clear and calm on the beaches in this area.
The fantastic ‘BAKU’’ water park is just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment—this is a great fun day-out for all the family.
